Linda was a qualified sales consultant and has held a license specializing in selling mobile homes for seventeen years.   She is no stranger to manufactured housing; having spent 25 years as a Community Manger in family and Older Persons parks in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. 

Prior to her management and sales of manufactured homes Linda had been working in the administrative and customer service field at the University of Colorado living in Colorado for over 19 years. Linda’s varied background in administrative, customer service; hotel and property management provided the perfect foundation for selling manufactured homes.

Linda is currently working as a sales consultant helping individuals sell their manufactured homes by owner.  Linda has had much experience and is familiar with HCD (Department of Housing and Community Development) forms and process for transferring the title and registration to the new buyer.
